Tires and Towers: Kranj and Ljubljana
... learned a lot about how Goodyear came over to Slovenia to take over Sava tire. It was interesting to learn about how they eventually came to own 100% of the company after only 8 years.
After grabbing a quick lunch, we went on a city tour of Ljubljana to see the watch tower, the funicular and the virtual museum. It was really cool to be able to see an overview of the entire city and then continue our tour of the city. It made it a ...

Once we'd dumped our gear, we headed out for another day ...

But it was such a beautiful and sunny day so we decided to do a big hike instead and set off in the car to a different area of the Triglav National Park.
On reaching our destination of Kranjska Gora we were delighted! A stunning drive to get there ...
