... Nate went to the Bayern Munich store. We both got uniforms. Nate got a Neuer jersey while Mike got a Schweinsteiger jersey. Nate was satisfied and happy and was attempting to change into the full kit right there on the Marienplatz. He had his jeans halfway off before we got him to agree to change only his shirt which he ripped off immediately. ... arrived. Max sat with us one of Phils friends and he showed me how to eat the Bovarian Breakfast Sausage the traditional Bavarian way. We had a great morning drinking and eating and talking. Took the same train today as yesterday (9:55 AM) but today we are going to Salzburg about a 2 hour trip arriving at noon. The trains are really crowded, standing room only. They also run on time. Most of the homes & businesses we have seen in the countryside have solar, many more panels than our homes. After arriving in Saltzburg, we went to the TI office and bought the Saltzburg card. ... knew I had quite a lot of driving to do so I stayed on the Autobahn until I got to Austria. The bike felt good, the weather was great and I was grinning from ear to ear!

Last time I was in München was at the 2007 October Fest. This time there would be no dancing on the tables or mooning, I did think the weather was perfect for going to the park with a 6-pack, but I had a lot of driving to do.

... food markets beforehand to buy goodies to take as a picnic. The kids even enjoyed the beer gardens as they are catered for with a oom-pah band entertaining the crowd and a large playground.
