    ... Changsha transportation card, found an entrance turnstile, and as I almost always do, I looked at where I swiped the card to read the balance. It was in the eighties, meaning that the card itself cost less than 20.

Additionally, I was able to book 4 nights at ¥88 per night for a private, single room AT, yes, drumroll please: Hunan Yuelu Mountain Youth Hostel.
