There wasn't really anyone to chat to and it was a pretty quiet hostel. So about 11 I had a shower and went to bed. The next morning I got up about 9 and had a good free breakfast. Again, beautiful beaches and a young, backpacker vibe permeated from this place (except for the rich elitists in their helicopters). I made my way down to Natives beach ...

... talking in broken English. From what she's saying I realise the driver must have been asking me what hotel I was staying and in fact was offering me a lift. A possibility I had initially ruled out because the car was rammed already. It was indeed the case and I squeezed in and got a lift back to the main road near my hostel for five Reals, double the price of the bus but a lot cheaper than a taxi. Smelling the pungent aroma of weed in the car and considering the ...

... and Rees showed us some dancing skills later when the restaurant turned into a late night bar. I acquired a Brazilian "pint" hat and well the party just continued from there. It was then time to head back on the ferry to Porto seguro and take another overnight bus up to Salvador where our first live game awaited us.
