At intersections most traffic lights include lights for bikes, sometimes running in tandem with pedestrians other times independently.

In and around the Romantic Rhine Valley So we are now back in Europe. It is very exciting to be back after about 20 years. The flight from Vancouver turned out to be exelent. It was a direct flight only about 10 hours. It wasn't full so Anne and I were able to get a row each and lay down for a few hours of sleep. It was interesting to know "Chilli" the motorcyle was traveling with us. Just couldn't get my head around that but I guess it's no big deal. The hotel near the Frankfurt ...
