    ... each other. The shops were plentiful but very
    quiet for tourists, it being the end of the season. Our guide said it was a poor country and over the centuries it has lost quite a lot of it's territory. Although it is in the EU it does not have the euro and is unlikely to be able to afford to do that. How much nicer it was here than in Constanta! ...

    On thus cruise from Istanbul circumnavigating the Black Sea we travelled a distance of 1689 nautical miles, cruised a total of 144 hours, visited 9 ports of call in 7 countries, crossed 1 time zone losing shop, crossed back a I me zone catching up on lost sleep, had to shop in 7 different currencies and made 77 new friends!
