Good lie in then went to a small village called La Vega to do a cycle ride up a mountain. The road is quiet and so beautiful ending up going through 2 short cool tunnels, then a dead end where there is a village called Cucayo. the route was up, up and constantly up for 12km and took me an hour and 10 mins and Adrian an hour.
