... today. One just past the Accadamia. I love it. And the second one, on the way back to pick up the first one. I love it too. This was what I had planned to buy on the trip and have been studiously holding out till Florence! ( Emily ... what happens in Paris, stays in Paris. OK?) Have to wait to see them til I get back. Arrived back about 4.30pm. Checked on a taxi to get to the station tomorrow. I am meeting the horse riding tour there tomorrow at 9.15am ... outside ...

... on the hostel's website was quite clear in regards to walking from the bus stop.

We went to visit the grocery store and they have SO MUCH STUFF! We got some ready-made meals and just heated it up at the hostel for dinner. I think I will go back and get myself a fruit tart for my birthday tomorrow.

Tonight all of us Iowa Stater's decided to get together for a fun filled night at Colle Bereto. Colle Bereto is an appertivo, meaning you pay 10 euro and you get a drink and eat as much food as you possibly want that they have out on the buffet. We chose to go to Colle Bereto due to the fact that it is located right next to our school, which we end up walking by it at least once a day. Funny thing is, I think the Italians go there as ...

... day and just enjoy the sunshine in the campsite. Had the ham, salami, cheese lettuce and tomato baguettes again for lunch. Never getting sick of these ! We played a bit of volleyball for a few hours, sunbathed, hung by the pool for a bit and swam. We all just got there and dived in and started mucking around and then the lifeguard came over and told us all we needed swimming caps. Wondered why everybody else had these funny swimming caps on ...

... riso, or rice pudding, was the best flavor ever! We went to Kikuya, of our favorite bars, afterward to have one last dragoon and say goodbye to our beloved place. Thursday we all finished finals completely and it really hit us that we were done and would be leaving soon. We didn't want to spend any of the day inside, so we walked around eating gelato and shopping for presents for all of the lucky people in our life :)

We had a farewell reception for our school that night ...
