We came half way round the world to see the Cinque Terre in Tuscany and came close to not seeing it at all.
If I said anything complimentary about Italian railways in the past, please disregard it.

We have a small hotel which has a two car garage and one spot is reserved for us, we are really feeling good. Our room is right beside the breakfast area (should be good for running out and grabbing a coffee before breakfast), and the breakfast room also has wifi so we can sit just outside our room and be online. ... really romantic. Wasn't a lot to do but I think this city is all about browsing round the little gift shops and relaxing in one of the many cafes with a nice glass of local wine or a coffee. It a slower pace of life in Lucca unlike the busy industrial cities
The small winery at the end of the day just topped of the day in my mind because we got to try local wine which tasted amazing and on the way back to Florence it knocked us out
