Spent the day in Cap Ferrat for the Fetes des Roses. The villa and grounds were superb and anything and everything was grown in various gardens due to the favourable weather/micro-climate. Had a flower photo competition - I reckon I nailed it with my multi-rose shot included below ...

There are other santons that represent Biblical figures, and it's very popular at Christmastime to create a creche of santons using both the Biblical people and the 18th-c. townspeople. ... are now on a train to Barcelona! Where we are having a little bit of a layover to break up our trip to Madrid!
