... our alley excursion. Our hotel (which actually only had four rooms as far as I can tell) has had a few other deficiencies besides the tv ( we have taken to watching the English channels since our second last day in Florence). Also, the universal sign for "please replace my towel" (putting the towel on the floor) was met with a very clear "no" when the towel was promptly re hung.
