    ZAKYNTHOS, GREECE, MAY 6, 2015
Today we are in Zakynthos one of the Ionian Isles. Today is a beautiful day and we are tendering ashore to the port of Zakynthos. The town is quite small and nestled along the sea shore. We drive up into the hills for a scenic overlook of the port. In the distance you can see Turtle Island where the loggerhead turtles lay their eggs. We continue further up the mountains. Alas poor Murray thinks he is at death's door. He doesn't know true suffering. Deck walking, cabin occupying, snoozing, watched a really good doco on the building of this ship. Interesting from the point of ...

... on his crutches as he felt one of the screws inside his knee had worked it's way loose. He stayed in the car for the ferry trip. We arrived at Sami in Kefallonia and headed straight to the hospital. We were all a bit worried that the doc would have to open his leg back up! We were really thrilled to find Andy smiling and much happier after the doctor had seen him. The screw had worked it's way out so they took it out!! Apparently with minimal fuss through a small incision. ...
