Walked out of Kaleiçi I to the non tourist part of town to a recommended Pide and cafeteria restaurant. Food was great and cheap. We both had dinner for 19 TL (about $10)- can't beat ...

Late in the day we caught the bus home and walked down to the beach where Annie braved the sea. She tells me it wasn't that cold but I don't believe her.... I think I'll have to wait until I'm in Italy next month!
Tomorrow we are off to the mountains and for those following my passport drama they tell me it will be here tomorrow morning.
