... I got across that I just needed to know what exactly things were made of, I learned that semolina flour (not GF) is in a lot of these dishes. However, he did whip me up something made from eggs that was really good, and he promised to make me chocolate mousse tomorrow. Antalya, Turkey jbmatson... much the only form of accomodation. Anyway, we took a bus Thursday night and arrived in Antalya at 7 am Friday. The bus ride was standars Turkish style - fairly nice, plenty of tea, coffee, and juice available, etc. Day 1 in Antalya was not overly eventful, but was still completely great.
