... to finish work. This really wasn't too bad and we kept ourselves occupied whilst we waited for Mike and Ken. Back in Graz we said our final farewells to the guys and then grabbed a bit to eat before heading back to the hotel. It was at this point that we realised that we'd both burnt our faces in the most random ways possible, only Sophie's right side is bright red and I just look like Rudolf with a random patch of red where my fringe wasn't ...

    ... on as required.

We also met the guys responsible for sending out the 'final thing' to the broadcasters, such as the BBC and Sky, amongst others! This experience was truly fascinating, and something I thoroughly enjoyed! The building itself is also very impressive, and feels like some sort of space ship inside! Mike also arranged for Emma to meet the mechanical designer, who was responsible for redesigning this pod, and it was so interesting ...

So today I woke up as one very excited girl! The early start of 6am didn't even bother me, which definitely has to be the first time in my entire life! I think I was practically bouncing off the walls with anticipation, I just couldn't wait to get to the circuit and see some racing. Mike and Ken very kindly gave us a lift and we arrived just after 8. After wandering around aimlessly and getting some very blank looks from Austrians who ...

... out what turned out to be quite a treck to find a good spot to make camp for the day.
Fortunately, as we arrived early so the guys could get to work on time, this meant there was ************e else there when we got there, so we pretty much had pick of the circuit! After pitching camp and eating the rest of the breakfast we'd made, we sat back to watch the racing. I also can't lie, and have to admit that I don't really follow the F1, nor do I really know ...

    Easy day in Graz

... this fascinating but I'm not sure Sophie shared my same enthusiasm! By late evening we were both getting pretty hungry so we went to the first restaurant we came across and had the best meal I think we have yet. Both of us had pork cutlet and it really was delicious. Back at the hotel I thought I'd best give Sophie a quick lesson on who's who in the F1 so she's not sat at the racing over the next couple of days like a complete and utter ...
