    ... is made into cream cheese. 3) the cream is split into butter and buttermilk. 4) the buttermilk is sold for drinking, and the butter is moulded, wrapped and sold! €5 for 500g (did you know it takes 25L of milk to make 1kg of butter!)     ... and had teo ask three people for directions from there! But we found it, and were put straight to work milking the cows! Teresa and the other milk maid, Clara, made a special German dish for dinner (Spätzle) which was amazing! Best Austrian meal yet ...

And then, since there were only 6 of us staying in the whole place, we shared the weirdest dinner so far of triple pizza with ham on one layer and veggies between the other layer. Tasted ok. But it must have been a very local delicacy as the Austrian and German couples with us didn't recognise the food either. This was followed by more krapfen for Rob and apple strudel with hazelnuts (??) ...
