going to stay here for the night and so went in search of a hotel.
This search for a hotel proved to be a hard job as there was simply nothing
open. Only after a few trips through the town did I find a small place that

The train was almost empty so we spread out and made ourselves comfortable for the 3.5 hour ride. ...

Well worth the taxi, 4 trains and 3 buses, or whatever it was, to get there. So time to reverse it all and get home :D and reverse it we did!! Got back to our hotel a little after 9pm, ordered a bottle of champagne and a pizza from the room service menu and chatted about the day. Awesome day! We love ...

... they painted and the "reverse-glass" painting technique they popularized. Then Jon surprised the group with a wonderful dinner at the Gasthof Zur Post in Wallgau, a beautiful restaurant that Elizabeth Taylor and Ric*********** visited, and where Jon and one of his ski-buddies had eaten over 40 years ago...it was just as good last night as long ago...maybe better.
Today we visited the grandest of all of Ludwig's castles, ...
