What an adventure we are having, oh my word!!! We left our beautiful Sirince with giving lots of hugs and kisses to Ari and his lovely wife as well as the chef, Ari's brother and father (Mama was probably on the farm picking cherries), headed down the mountain to Selcuk for our 3 hour train trip to Denizli and from there by bus to Pamukkale. The road took us through farmlands filled with pomegranite trees, fig trees, apricot trees, lucerne fields, olive trees ...

Yesterday we arrived in a very sleepy little town by the edge of another large lake. Our aim was to catch a boat cruise down to the coast, see some turtles and return to Koycegiz. Today was my last day in Koycegiz. I didn't cycle and made a calm day instead. I had a allergies in the morning and had to take a pill which made me sleepy... Anyway, I went downtown to have lunch and buy some last things. Then I came back to the Hotel to pack and update the blog. At the end of the afternoon I visited Merih and his family to say goodbye. Tomorrow I will take the airplane to Tel-Aviv.

    Full story coming soon...

    ... all their promotional material.

So we finally worked out where we were in relation to the lake and set off on foot ourselves. Not really much going on, town in hibernation really. Lake looked nice and warm though quite choppy. Quite a few boats but no staff in sight. Had a cold one (soft drink of course) in one of the many bars along the lake, nice spot, just not many people around. Found a boat ...
