... wasn't much, although there was a cafe open, a very quaınt cafe wıth tables on the sand, plastıc flowers, a plastıc sweetcorn thıng, a dog sunnıng ıtself, and two bogged cars.
It was a memorable day !

November 6 This is our last day on our gulet cruising the Mediterranean.  We spent Friday night tied down in a beautiful cove, right next to Cleopatra's sunken baths.  Mark took the kayak and explored the ruins before breakfast on Saturday After another delicious breakfast on board, we took the dingy to the other side of the cove and began a long and rugged 3 hour hike along the coast, up and over a peninsula and down the other side to where the gulet had sailed and was waiting for ...

... village on the sea coast. After taking a tea we came back to Koycegiz. It was a very nice cycling day. At the end of the day, I went to Merih house to cook and have diner. Again, thank you very much Merih for showing me the fantastic roads in this zone.

Note: today I passed 6000 km in the overall distance of this trip.

... We went afterwards to Iz Tuzu, the turtle beach where turtles put the eggs. In August it is possible to see the baby turtles in the sand going to the see. ... the region and I decided to stay one more day to make a tour arround the lake. In the Hotel I met two fishermen Franky (Belgium) and Paul (England). So far they didn't have luck with the fishing but they used to fish very big fishes (10- 30 kg) in the lake. As it is sportive fishing, they realese the fish afterwards.
