Sad to leave beautiful Kas with it's lovely warm weather and the lovely staff at the hotel and the rooftop terrace overlooking the water. Most hotels in Turkey give you a wonderful buffet breakfast with cereals, cold meats, cheeses and salads and hot eggs and other foods too.

At this hotel we had a dinner of a vegetarian buffet with bbq chicken, fish or meat, and a soup and dessert for a really reasonable price of A$12.

Today was my last day in Koycegiz. I didn't cycle and made a calm day instead. I had a allergies in the morning and had to take a pill which made me sleepy... Anyway, I went downtown to have lunch and buy some last things. Then I came back to the Hotel to pack and update the blog. At the end of the afternoon I visited Merih and his family to say goodbye. Tomorrow I will take the airplane to Tel-Aviv.

      Full story coming soon...

So we finally worked out where we were in relation to the lake and set off on foot ourselves. Not really much going on, town in hibernation really. Lake looked nice and warm though quite choppy. Quite a few boats but no staff in sight. Had a cold one (soft drink of course) in one of the many bars along the lake, nice spot, just not many people around. Found a boat ...
