If a Tree Falls in the Forest.......
... chicken fans so I tried a crock of their Vidalia onion soup and a Michigan Cherry salad with grilled chicken. Wendell ordered their chicken club sandwich and cabbage salad (cole slaw). Both were excellent, but we were probably one of the few not to get the fried chicken. After lunch, we browsed their marketplace and bakery downstairs, but were able to resist their tempting delectables.

'All is Healing Well'
Well, the doctor said that my neck has been healing well. He recommended I slowly wean myself off of the brace I'm wearing now. So I'll probably still be wearing it to bed, for car rides and for the plane trip. Soon thereafter, though, I will be all healed and ready to go! Michigan Day 7
We are right now at a Laundromat in Lake George watching a thunderstorm pass through. We finally got to wash the two sets of clothes we've been wearing all week, and we can wait out the worst of the storm, which has already soaked us. Last night's campground was really nice, and we had it all to our selves. We woke up, hearing thunder, quickly got on the road, and then got soaked.
