Today we're checking out of the Fairview hotel, and heading to Tsavo West, the largest National Park in Kenya. It's 300 km away, and we'll take the Safari bus all the way there. Woke up in what seemed to be an oasis in the midst of a bustling African city. Final day of our tour, we departed Arusha at 6am in the morning. It took 3 hours to drive 120km to the boarder due to the condition of the roads. Thinking it would be better once we crossed into Kenya, the journey continued to be slow as the truck dodged various pot-holes along the way.
