      It shows both Dali's fears and his whimsy. The paintings peek into his mind, which a fear of the unknown afterlife haunts his dreams. A deeply religious man, Dali paintings uniquely represent the basic iconography of Catholicism. And they are both beautiful and troubling.

      ... second sitting (about 7pm) and after a drink or two so we were in our bunks by about 9pm
      The weather was clear and quite warm and the scenery flat (from Jasper)

      We were due in to Winnipeg at 8:45pm but actually left the train at just after midnight so we were a bit grumpy, luckily only about 5 min walk to the hotel so it was about 0045hrs by the time we could get to bed.
