... Story Midway Mania game (much to Ben's joy) and also watched the parade of (modern) Disney characters.
Although the park was crowded, it wasn't nearly as packed as Universal Studios had been and so when we decided to have lunch it was very easy to find a shady table and enjoy the meal (or, in my case, two meals - due to a slight communications issue, or possibly my short term memory problems, when Jill went to the Greek takeaway ...
... we had a fabulous lunch in Little Italy and another day we spent boating! We are so blessed to be able to do all these things. I also can't forget the concert we went to, Jeanne's daughter Suzanne is part of a community Chorale group who partnered with 2 other community college choirs and did a fabulous concert. We have had so much fun here and have enjoyed every minute of our time! I am so thankful! ...
... we had all the time in the world. No need to hurry. After our travels of the last month its also so nice to have clean fresh air, and we enjoyed it to the full. We'll be back! We rounded the day out back in Carlsbad with home-made fish tacos. This is a dish we originally found in Hawaii but it is very popular in Southern California (as is most Mexican food for some reason). We bought fresh fish from a local store and I took it from there. ...
... to our kids. Nick, Rachael and Ryan, even though not with us physically, have been with us every step of this Journey. We are so proud of all of you, and our love is unconditional.
