What a beautiful day for a ride! The forecast said 0% chance of rain along the entire route, and it was completely accurate! We selected mostly back roads again, and it turns out these are very popular with bikers - my left hand is becoming permanently configured into the motorcyclist's standard "how you doing" wave. ... A Pictorial History of the Old Mud Meetinghouse".

Sunday most of us lunched at the 19th Hole in Harrodsburg. We enjoyed the worship service and rededication of the the beautifully restored Old Mud Meeting House. It was wonderful to see (and hug) Claude & Kathy Westerfield.

On my way home I visited cousin Gladys Dorrell and we enjoyed looking at a 2007 Dutch Cousins scrapbook.

First stop of the day was at the distillery and man was it a great stop. We had a tasting with Freddie who has been around the distillery since he was 5. Both his father and grandfather have worked here in the last 75 years. We tasted mash, bourbon, special bourbon, vodka , and cream a dessert bourbon that was to die for. Freddie showed us how to use water to taste the bourbon correctly. Glad we made this stop for ...
