We were only an hour away from Lexington Kentucky and that meant an hour away from bourbon and BBQ. Returning to the farm, we refueled then walked down to see the ponies. The girls enjoyed helping our hostess, Barbara, with the chores. Who knew that mucking out the barn could be so interesting?! Or maybe it was the riding in the "side by side" was the appeal.
