We survived the longest day in history but not without sleeping in the hotel lobby and the grassy shade of a little park. The sun is hot and the shoes need to be comfortable because we are on our feet and moving through the busy streets of Madrid!

This morning we woke up, had our Spanish breakfast and got on the bus for a bus tour around the city. We saw fountains and statues ...
Our last day in Alaska. We spend our last night in the motorhome in a nice state campground about 25 miles south of Anchorage on Turnagain Bay. We spent a week in Garden City UT. Kinda cold, so we mostly stayed inside and did some necessary taxes and bill pays and other administrative work. But we did take a few walks and have a picnic lunch (in the car) a couple of days at the lake. On our way to the next destination (Panora IA). Looking forward to visiting the Timms!
