September 26th – day 145
The check out from this RV park was 2pm
so we didn't rush away although we did leave straight after lunch.
From there we drove towards New Orleans Louisiana before heading
North. New Orleans was more than I expected. We were told not to go
to The French Quarter after dark and so we decided to just drive it
by day instead. Heading up Bourbon Street was crazy. It's a party

11:30 am Well, we have not made it out of Texarkana yet. Developed some sort of an issue with the radiator. Noticed it a little bit last night, went to the auto parts store today got some coolant to top it off. But now is just flowing out. Back "home" I laid down for a while, headache, and Bob read and napped. When I got up, we played a couple of games of Yahtzee, ...
... around this area of the country. After here, he is driving to Memphis to visit Graceland and other places, then visiting somewhere in MS (can't remember where but it has to do with the Blue's). After that he is going down to New Orleans, then over to San Antonio for lunch then up to Austin for a brief visit then back to Dallas to catch a plane home since school starts next week. Kind of reminded me of our girl trip to Philadelphia. So ...
