When we started today we had no idea how far we would travel. We only knew that our ultimate start of the meandering trip would be in Wisconsin. We finally drove out of the rain around 4:30pm! Boy! Was it nice not to hear rain pounding on the van! The din made my ears hurt ... have you seen my ...

... The locals were at Cracker Barrel. So we joined the crowd. Arrived at Greensboro and attempted to find a hotel room. Everything was booked solid. Apparently, the Pittsburgh Steelers train at St. Vincent's College and their fans travel with them. Had dinner at an Italian restaurant. The owner/executive chef came out to greet us. How refreshing not to eat fried chicken and beef. Tomorrow is the homestretch the home. 350 +/- ...
