After arriving in style at the airport (via 'POD' no less!) and seeing Greenland on the way (sorry, obligatory plane photo!) we arrived in New York.

It is an epic place and with so much to do, tours to take, places to visit, we decided to do our own tour. As we are geeky by nature we decided to base our travels on two things. Food and video game locations.

What surprised us is how easy it is to walk ...

    ... a slow walk.

I went down the stairs, and walked very slowly to Columbus Circle. Went to Pandora and purchased 3 new charms and there was a gift with purchase of a free bracelet. Yay!!

Our airbnb apt host in Medillin, Juan. I really don't know where to begin with this guy. This man made our stay the most memorable EVER. He was so kind and had such a good and genuine heart! His apartment was more like an upscale hotel. He made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. From him giving us spanish lessons and us giving him English lessons, to ...

We had dinner in the Peking Duck House. Amazing. Its the real McCoy. Delicious and lots of it, such that we had to leave half of it behind.

Back on the subway and home.

... of trouble with trying to work out where to get the train from considering Grand Central Station is a like a little city of it's own! But luckily we came across a very helpful (and incredible attractive!) Police man who pointed us in the right direction. While in Soho we made sure we did a spot of shopping in our friends the Kardashians store - Dash. We then headed to the very long lines to head into the 9/11 memorial, but it was worth the wait, the space was ...
