Our only activity today was an attempt to get the suitcases fuller before we head home in three weeks. We went to many stores over 6 hours and didn't get much at all, despite trying on lots of clothes. The day was pretty warm but it got overcast so the day was comfortable despite being in the late 80s. For lunch we had Taco Bell and for dinner we had ...

... booked into the Space Center RV Park for the night. I had a spot between two of the smaller rigs you see here. They must have been envious of our unit.

You will notice I have an Australian Flag prominently displayed in the rear window. This gives the local motorists fair warning that there is an Aussie driving who generally drives on the opposite side of the road, and to keep clear.

Anyway, we're at this very cool RV park in San Antonio, with a beautiful pool, great facilities so we're going to chill here for 3 days, mainly to get Chinook serviced (which it badly needs), do laundry before the hamper explodes, get my smartphone fixed (the Tufie tripped, dropped it and shattered the glass face (spaz).

So, you may not see a blog tomorrow, or the next day - we'll ...
