    ... buses so we had to knock it on the head because it would have been too expensive for us to get a taxi there, so I found another ranch in Houston which we are getting the bus to, will be better for us (less expensive anyways) Back to the hotel for around 10pm, back to being old fogeys but we had an early rise and the only other thing left to do on the river walk was either fall in or drink more alcohol! :) The time is flying by! 5 cities down, 4 to go!     We arrived in Austin after a 4hr drive from Dallas. We checked out Lady Bird Lake and soon went to meet Jess. She was staying with friends Ryan, her old housemate from Melbourne and girlfriend Amanda. They were such cool people!
