      ... I am accustomed to the fact that airplane food...how do I put this politely...airplane food sucks!! However, this was surprisingly good. It was as though brought back from a restaurant. And Salted Caramel Mousse was rich and decadent. I was amazed at this and finished my portions within minutes.
      Turbulence was noticeable however, did not cause any troubles. And despite the obvious struggles of her lag, the flight to Dallas, Texas was pleasant.

      ... destination was the UW Arboretum, which is located in Madison. Imagine 1200 acres of prairie, forest, and gardens within biking or walking distance. We saw lots of runners and bikers while driving through to the visitors' center. We watched a short film in the center relating the history of the Arboretum.
