LET IT SNOW! It's snowing!!

... I am accustomed to the fact that airplane food...how do I put this politely...airplane food sucks!! However, this was surprisingly good. It was as though brought back from a restaurant. And Salted Caramel Mousse was rich and decadent. I was amazed at this and finished my portions within minutes.
Turbulence was noticeable however, did not cause any troubles. And despite the obvious struggles of her lag, the flight to Dallas, Texas was pleasant.
This was our day to enjoy Door County. We wanted to have a little taste of what it was all about. We'd already driven quickly through the cute little villages, and if we had more time we would have spent more time in them, and I do kind of feel badly we didn't, and I promise we'll do better next time if we are able to ever come again.

We saw lots of runners and bikers while driving through to the visitors' center. We watched a short film in the center relating the history of the Arboretum.
