    We figured being in Missouri we needed to stop by Kansas City for some amazing BBQ since the city is known for it!! We stopped at.... We ordered 4 huge meals and shared between the four of us!!     So - what is in Kansas City you may ask? Charlie Parker's saxophone! We went to the Jazz museum on 18th and Vine Street, opposite the "Gem Theatre" and also saw the Jazz Walk of Fame.
