    No doubt our baptisms of fire and water yesterday were good for the soul, but so much more were our refreshing night's sleep and the events of today.     The Butler Institute of Art featured lots super colorful abstract stuff, plus American Impressionists and portrait artists.     ... landed us in Warren, Ohio where we bought some dinner at a supermarket that we warmed up in the microwave of the hotel room. We do this a lot actually. Most supermarkets have a fresh salad bar or ready to go take-home meals. It saves time, money . . . and calories.
