    ... looking at my phone when it happened! When we got almost to St. Louis, we got off the highway to go to a place called Malcolm W. Martin Memorial Park. I read this was the best spot to get a picture of the Arch and the St. Louis skyline. When we got there we had the place to ourselves so we got some great photos!     For today's wanderings we stayed close to the campground and checked out downtown St. Charles. When I setup the trip I had no idea there was anything nearby the campground, it was only after we got here that we discovered the significance of the city we were staying in.
