... approach to landing I gave the passengers a little bit more "float" on touchdown than normal but got it on the ground firmly in some brisk winds. Enrique's Mexican Restaurant on the airfield accommodated us with lunch in the Pilot Lounge since we had Ichabod with us because "no se admiten perros en el restaurante". Ichabod did great with his home-rigged noise canceling headsets and slept most of the way. Good boy! Next stop, Little Rock, ...

We had such big conversations ranging from movies to the meaning of life to family vacations to poetry, and Jamie, Breezer and Carlee all had wildly thoughtful things to say. All our different histories and backgrounds made for so many varying perspectives. Also, on our morning ride, I saw a tarantula for the first time in a wild habitat. It was just ...

The morning dragged for me today after having 2 successful build days in Bartlesville. Although it was tough to get me goin' this morning, I had an awesome ride crew to start the day with-Ali, Jamie, and Carlee. These 3 are some of the most wonderful people. They are caring, open-minded, and each have their own, unique infectious laughter. Simply put, they made it easy for the morning crankiness to wear off quickly. Our conversations on Orange, life meanings, and ...
