      ... All of the GM buildings were gone and the only remnants were the "fence" and the "bank" of one of the old test tracks. Progress in the making!

      ... get some fuel economy. Unloaded it will get 20-22mpg. Loaded, we're not sure yet. It's a step up from our previous expeditions with the VW Westfalia camper. It's a little more awkward to maneuver on small streets and in tight places, but that's the tradeoff for an onboard bathroom, hot water, AC and a heater.       March 4-Tuesday-Up early, expecting the Cox TV installer. He was delayed but showed up before noon, and by 2 pm had Cox TV, Land line phone and UNLIMITED Computer time!! At last- Much better. I did get the TV (Directv) turned off and now have to call Verizon tomorrow. I have less TV channels but we only watch about 3 ...
