    ... knew where Murrieta was. We talked for some time and found out he was in the Air Force and did a lot of moving around in his career. They currently live in South Carolina and he said he really likes it here.     ... so we could watch the sun rise over the Atlantic. So, I got the coffee going and we headed off to the beach with Harley. When we got to the sand we were not alone. There were quite a few people there, most of whom were there for the same reason we were.

    On 4/17 we left Savannah and headed to Charleston, SC. We stayed at the Charleston-KOA. We were very disappointed in this park. Needs lots of TLC. Ended up staying on 2 nights versus 3.

    Peggy wanted to see the student exhibit at the Horry Georgetown Technical College in Conway. That was our first stop. We then did a walking tour of the historic part of Conway. Conway does not contain as old buildings as Georgetown. It was still a nice quiet walk.
