Nice hotel, rooms are somewhat small, but adequate. Breakfast typical Marriott fare. Best thing about this hotel is it's proximity to the Mall of America. We walked across the street and were in the Mall parking lot. Literally. It's so close, you can just leave your car at the hotel, and not bother with parking at the mall.

... to have a boarding pass and c) my visa had not been completed. AH! Thankfully, that was all quickly cleared up and I was given my boarding pass. Oh, and also, this is kind of a big deal, my checked suitcase weighed in at exactly 50 pounds. I was extremely impressed with myself.
So, we said our goodbyes and Missy and I made it through security. I only had to go through the crazy body scanner and get a brief pat down, not too bad. When we got to our gate the incoming plane ...

We spent the day at Mall of America....took a few pictures, lot of stores, lots of walking. Just about anything you want from food to fashions you could find there. They had a Amusement park in the middle of the of the mall, they also had a aquarium in the basement, but did not go. I would have to agree with Jacob that the Lego ...

So we were very thankful to have a long weekend in one location. Our hotel outside Minneapolis shared a parking lot with a Verizon, so we were able to get new phones with our new contract. Sweet. We also shared the lot with a great custom pizza place, which became our lunch destination three separate times! Awesome.

We had to get to the Wisconsin border for Monday night, but as we crossed through town, we coordinated with our friend ...
