... so we leave quickly. So, back across the Missouri River, now into Nebraska (confusing, isn't it). In Nebraska City, again a sleepy little town, we find a cozy little pub to have some burgers.
We need to speed up our trip, so we decide driving further North until late, crashing into a Days Inn in the Nebraska Capitol, Lincoln.
Sarina and Care: So, to pass the time, we have created three exemplar meals that we would have really liked to be eating today instead of tomorrow. ... trip with roughly 9 months of waiting tables and babysitting. I learned a couple things: I should have worked harder and sometimes people really suck. That said, this trip is worth so much more than the dollar amount and I am blessed to be making the journey. That doesn't mean I'm not terrified of going bankrupt while overseas...I am terrified and I very well might. But hey, at least my financial status will go down in a blaze of glory.
