Today begins my journey to Chester, England!  For the next 6 months, I will be living and studying at the University of Chester.  After years of dreaming and months of planning, it is time for me to finally board the plane and set off to the UK! As of right now, I am a mix of all emotions.  This trip will stretch me in so many different ways.  Even though I have traveled a copious amount within the United States, this ...

Unfortunately, Ann had to attend her conference, so I went solo. I had reserved a car rental for the 11 mile drive out to the suburb of Independence, Missouri. I had planned on being there 30 minutes before anything started or opened. Truman is known as the "Man from Independence" for a reason. It is a fairly old town, where Harry Truman lived ...

It involved, well, girly ...

WHAT?! That's right. Grant has food poisoning, or at least that's what I've diagnosed him with. I'd love some help with that because he whole-heartedly refuses to go to the doctor. He's feeling better tonight, but we're giving it one more day of rest and fluids before heading out. Please pray for him.
