    The start of our trip.

Departure from Huntsville toward Chicago. Got an all day lay over in Chicago because there is only one flght to Chicago from Huntsville.

... of a break from the kids while they did a secret mission & we were left to design our mission patch. Everyone pretty much sat there & it took a lot for me avoid going into full teacher mode. In the end, of course, the girls did the work while the boys talked shop. So with my less than stellar artistic skills I put the ideas together & one of the other 'moms' did all of the actual artistic shading & coloring. After an early Mexican themed lunch we did training for our ...

... social but that's a bit too social! One of the camp Counsellors we met is from Wollongong , she has a physics degree & won a green-card in the lottery! I seriously thought the green-card lottery was a scam, anyway she's been working over here for 5 years. We thought she'd definitely been here a while because she said she wasn't sure to start off with if we were Kiwis or not but realised we had ...
