... along the queue for an hour, we could see other passengers onboard sitting on their balconies watching the rest of us poor saps. At least we had some nice folks to talk to and everybody was certainly in a good mood.
We finally got on board and to our stateroom on the 11th floor and it was all worth it. Annette splurged and got us a mini-suite with a balcony positioned kind of aft-ish of midship.

Up early, again to shower and cram as much breakfast in our mouths as possible and take some bagels and fruit with us for the journey so we didn't have to buy food out today. We packed up and checked out around 9.30 the receptionist was kind enough to store our bags and gave us key cards for the swimming pool later on as we are leaving until 10pm for to catch the bus. I was at the airport at 8am, I went to get a coffee. I went to Starbucks and thought I would grab a fruit salad to eat as I wouldn't eat until Playa del Carmen.
