    ... wish I stayed) But, **** happens. I had to make a decision in a few days, my friend Kayla from Quebec left to go back home as she was over it also, so i guess that had a little influence on my decision, but i didn't want to go home, I came all this way! gave up so much for this, and for my dream to be shattered in front of me I wasn't going home.

    ... 2nd time I have visited here and I had forgotten just how big the park is... but more importantly I had forgotten how well marked it is - there are markers EVERYWHERE in this place - you can't spit without hitting a marker. It was actually one of the parks formed soon after the civil war, when many of the soldiers that fought were still alive, and nearly every spot has a plaque for some regiment or general! Then the memorials, statues, etc are countless... ...

    We drove slowly today, mostly on secondary roads so that we could enjoy the Gulf Coast. The map does not correctly represent our route, because we did not head north from Mobile, but instead, stayed on the coast in Mississippi.
