At Chicago airport waiting for plane to NY, we are not sure how we are going to manage getting to our accommodation from airport as we arrive in NY at peak hour, so we are thinking train! ... of the Rockies. Vancouver Airport was efficient and attractive. Aside from the usual bilingual signs there were ones in Chinese, reflecting the huge rise in immigration. Caught the Skytrain - a legacy from the 2010 Winter Olympics - followed by the bus. It was lovely to see Angela again and she welcomed me with a rum and mango juice on the rocks. Her house is full of mementoes from her travels. We walked over to Uncle Bill's for supper and we were so pleased to see each other. ...

When we got baffk to the house I fixed BBQ Beef for dinner and we ate it when Ken got home. diane didn'tm get in until about 8pm so we heated up some BBQ for her. Then we watched a move on Identy theft.

I'm very excited for this opportunity as I love Africa and its people, and have loved the opportunities that I have had to work there on other mission trips. This will be my 4th mission to the continent, but my first time working for the Lord in Kenya.
