    We said a tearful farewell to Steve this morning, having breakfasted on bagels and salmon . Bev had a great nights sleep and we're all set for an airport day. Looking forward to more delta movies. We are sat in a Chicago Blackhawks bar watching the United West Ham game.     ... it...more driving. We stayed at a hotel in Sioux Falls, South Dakota for the night, and were up bright and early (haha no, everyone else was up bright and early and Ben and I rolled out of bed when forced) to drive a whole heck of a lot more.
