    ... next stop was their mock pit road set up where the crew practices pit stops. Each crew has a tire changer and a tire carrier for each end of the car. Two men change the front tires and two change the rear tires. Two of the crew members were there and they told us that on Monday they are working out in the gym.     ... five million hours - er maybe a bit less) - and during the process she accidentally stabbed herself opening a paint can - 911 was called, then an ER visit and a dozen or so stitches.
