Today is our last day of preparation before we head out to Cincinnati for our high school summer mission trip with the Franciscans for the poor. We had to get some popcorn and a cupcake since we were in need of a snack ...

... After we crossed the bridge, we tried to stay as close to the shoreline of Lake Huron as possible. We pulled into Rogers City later in the evening in the rain, so decided a nice cozy hotel room with a bath tub would feel good. Could only find one hotel, the Driftwood Motel, which looked right out to the water. Fortunately for us it was adequate for our needs.

This morning as we hopped into the car ready to ...
