We set the alarm for 6:30 so we could be to the 7:00 hot breakfast. It was a bit disappointing (at this point we are in St Catherines Ontario). The boys ate a few pancakes. I made lunches for the car ride, and we got going soon after. I knew our route had us right next to Lake Ontario, so I pulled over to see it as soon as I could. ... Silent Night" in over 300 languages. Jim found an interesting fact about the reason "Silent Night" was performed with guitar for its first performance. The organ was in need of repair so it wasn't playable hence the guitar. He said if he had known he would have fixed the organ in time for the performance!

We head for Petoskey, MI Sunday. This stop should really be a step up for our stay. So stay tuned for the latest!

... former owner left an awesome double-decker bus, a telephone booth, a London mailbox and several other vintage items from England that helped give the hotel a distinctive feel. We celebrated the holiday weekend with a take in pizza and the movie channel. I took Tylenol p.m. both nights and thankfully slept pain free.

Final Days/Reflections on Rio

... agile moves while moving to the beat of African drums. After our lesson, we all got to see Tony and the rest of the students 'fight', and the skill level they all displayed was absolutely amazing considering I could barely grasp how to kick. After our lesson, myself and a few others headed to this awesome Italian restaurant and got some yummy pasta and coffee before heading to sleep - very early, because we all needed the rest!
