    ... We decided to relax a little before our full week of learning and get pedicures. It was wonderful. They used hot stones to massage our legs. We went shopping in our fancy pedicure footwear.     ... do it once in a while but clearly not the same level as our other halves.

    We get hungry and head downtown for lunch. We scoff down a delicious lunch of noodles, ramen and kare age chicken with rice. We watch the cross fit championship on tv as we pay the bill (thanks Arun and Beejal), and wonder how the girls are running with the weights on their backs.
