All packed and ready, it seriously hasn't hit me yet. My flight leaves LAX at 11:20pm and i highly doubt I'll be able to sleep... nerves man. i hope there aren't too many suburban soccer moms out in Queensland. because I'm pretty much fed up with that **** ha ha. Hervey Bay, i am ready for my bicycle and part time job with lousy benefits but great scenery! WOOHOO!!!!!! let the adventures begin..... is Oz ready?

... meal. (Better be for $97.00.) I had chicken, beef, shrimp, pizza, brownies, pie, worms&dirt and cheesecake. It was only 6:30 and the park closed at 8:00 so we headed back to Pooh's Corner. Four more rides on the Pooh Bear ride for Kerry and a ride on Splash Mountain for me. (I offered to let Kerry go but Carter was sleeping on her.) Then it was time to head back to the hotel room and watch 24 and House.

... to say the drive seemed long and tiring for all of us especially Katrina who was doing all the driving and the at one point the road was not exactly brilliant. For a country that loves the car some of the roads leave a lot to be desired in their conditions and the way that they are maintained. A bonus is that about every 10 miles or so there are mini cities ...

... We walked over to say hi. Bridget recognised Rick from 6 months ago and also has been checking in on the blog every now and again. To consider we all arrived back at the same restaurant at the same time 6 months after we meet is amazing. It was great to see Bridget again as well as her 1 year old daughter. (Jamie- Kimberly) We headed home after dinner to watch a little more Tele and then crash for the night. A BIG day with the cleaning and sale of the Castle and the money in the bank.

... look angelic! We stopped overnight in a town called Selma before heading into Los Angeles on Saturday. Our route took us out to the coast just north of the city where we stopped to take in the views and cooler temperature before entering LA via Malibu and Venice Beach. ... Old Town .Lots of Harleys out with the weekend warriors ditching thier business suits for bandanas and jeans and custom built bikes. Went to a large Outlet mall amnd bought some trainers and stuff for half the price we would pay at home. Going to Catalina Island tomorrow on the Ferry, so its an early start.
