... I had a big walking day again on Sunday so thought I'd go back and put my feet up for a couple of hours before my first Broadway Show. I picked up a drink from the deli a few doors up from the hotel and a couple of cups of ice (they sell it by the cup!), went up to my room and stuck my feet on ice (aahhh - feels good!) for a while. Did a bit of laundry (East facing windows great for morning warmth) because it's so humid and I'm doing so much ...

... us for the entire meal. Sounds horrendous but it was quite funny and was definitely an experience. After the meal we headed out to a bar where they had 90s music playing and the whole group bonded over NSYNC, Britney, the Spice Girls and while all this was playing, Saved by the Bell was on the TV behind the bar. I have met lots of English and Australian people already. It was a long and very tiring day that ended ...

When we reached the island we walked ...

... we hopped on his motorcycle, drove through the underwater tunnel, and went rock climbing at the Cliffs with his friend Gus. It was too coooool. After that we drove to see his parents on the upper east side and their house smelt like Malta:) Then he took me for a ride around on the FDR highway and we saw the city and bridges lit up. Then he dropped me off at my hotel. Best day of my ...

... of it and as someone once said to me a happy wife, happy life. We had dinner in the posh Restaurant next to our hotel as we were rushing and didn't want to miss one note from Gigi. The show started at 7.00pm and it's already 6.00pm. Our dinner arrived at 6.25pm and we had to rush a superb Lemon Chicken with pasta and broccoli leaving half behind. We usually leave half the meals behind in New York as the servings are so large. Luckily the theatre was only 2 blocks away so we could make it ...
