We were up at 6:30a.m. and left the hotel before 8:00a.m. We made it to Toledo by 5:00. We were in our driveway before 6:00p.m. after a trip to the grocery store. All animals are alive, well, and happy to see us! Now the fun part of cleaning out the car:(
Yes, we would leave tomorrow and do it all over again if we could! There were a few meltdowns along the way, but the laughter and experiences far exceeded the not-so-fun times.
... the parking lot of Costco's, we could see a lot of emergency vehicles and police cruisers. We saw at least 3 ambulance leave. We opted (again) for the Mickey D's . . . as it was going to be closest to get back on the highway. No one seemed to know what was going on. We thought maybe someone had been shot . . . but then agreed, NOT in Canada!! But, we vowed to check when we got to the hotel in the evening.
Well, it was a car backing ...
... American wildlife that live in our country's various habitats.
It was awesome to see. Although I don't agree with hunting, for the sake of the kill, I must say these exhibits are spectacular
Tomorrow is our travel day, leaving Michigan, heading towards Elkhart, Indiana.

... drove by in her car and beeped and waved. We saw some kids playing over by the fountain next to the church, don't really think the fountain was intended for cooling off or splashing though. Ryan was particularly interested in the brick roads on some of the side streets.
As we made our way back to the RV, past some of the more derelict buildings covered with ivy, we peered in some of the doors (this is like a Mayberry ...
... oddly enough, a fully stocked liquor store.
Tomorrow, we are heading into Ann Arbor for the day. We will drop Fox off at Doggie Daycare and visit the University of Michigan campus. It should prove to be educational!
