      ... but not tourists like I saw in Brooklyn of walking across the bridge..
      I have found the people of NY to be helpful, not gushy, interested but not fawning all over you and have been pleasantly surprised given the reputation I heard they had.
      The NEw York Clocks went back by an hour last night and it is dark at 5.30pm. Its such a bitterly cold day with the forecast to warm up as the week goes on so I am staying in tonight. Well that's my excuse!

      ... Building tour. On our way we walk back through Times Square. This time it is very different. The lights all seem brighter maybe it is because the sky is darker.
