    ... It worked, even the breasts were juicy.

    I soaked the potatoes (which I poked a few holes in) in water for a couple of hours. Ken did this the last time we had baked potatoes, it keeps them moist, they don't get burned while on the BBQ and seems to add more flavor when done. I also rub the outside of the potatoes with olive oil before wrapping with aluminum foil.

    ... will continue tomorrow. Sorry, not many pictures today, I was too busy spending time with everyone, but I will get plenty at the BBQ tomorrow, I promise.
